I will work on and style any healthy bonsai-stock or bonsai. Even though I may do all the work, it will still be a collaboration and discussion before I start. The tree(s) can be dropped off or I can come and work at your place.

This is a private work between you and Boon. We will work on the tree together or I can work if you prefer. This service can be general maintenance work, styling, refining existing bonsai, or preparing trees for exhibits.

The minimum is one day fee. Please contact me for the day rate. For out of town, traveling expense, room and board is addition to the fee.

The class includes instructions and hands-on for whatever trees students would bring to the workshop. I usually cover how to take care of different species, techniques on how to style each species, future care and maintenance. And, of course happily cover all related questions a student may have. The classes can be one time or ongoing. I usually run minimum of 2 (4 hours) classes per day locally.

For out of town, I prefer to do at least 2 days or more. (travel, room and board and meals are extra.)

From time to time, I source out quality bonsai for private and public collections. There is no purchasing obligation on your side. But a lead-time for the required trees is requested.
